Leading a marketing and consulting firm, Magnet 360, through replacement of their CRM with Salesforce.com saving the company $50K.

Writing labor management, dashboard, and productivity software for retail grocery chain, Shaw (formerly part of SuperValu/Albertsons), resulting in 15 percent improvement in selection of product shipped to stores and 5 percent decrease in faulty product launches.

Guiding financial services firm, GWG, through the implementation of salesforce.com sales cloud and accounting application.

Identifying and eliminating $500K in expenses in grocery delivery service, Schwan’s, SAP receipt module.

Enabling real estate company, Silver Bay Management to increase rentals 5 percent through creation of proof of concept for online and mobile sales tool and accounting reporting tool for agents.

Earlier as PMO Officer for Vision Ease Lens, a $200 million advanced provider of quality ophthalmic lenses with plants in the U.S., Thailand and Indonesia, Kelling created a Program Management Office and established and trained a Corporate Steering Committee, saving $15 million in potential revenue loss.
Prior to his officer role with Vision Ease Lens, Kelling served as IT Manager/Project Manager for West Liberty Foods, a $650 million cooperative-owned U.S. meat processing company ranked 12th largest in U.S. supplying turkey products and materials to Subway, Kelling contributed to the CEO’s mission to build leading-edge technology systems and processes to outperform the industry leaders and position the company for strong and sustainable growth.
Previously, as IT Manager & Operations Manager for Stein Industries, a $60 million diversified manufacturing company with operations in the U.S. and Asia, Kelling delivered improved lead time and fulfillment cycle times and reduced on-hand inventories by more than 10 percent.

Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Kelling co-founded Erickson Consulting, a consulting and software development company where he served as CIO and Vice President. After growing the business to $4.1 million in revenue with 30 accounts including several Fortune 100 companies, Erickson Consulting was acquired by a larger software development company, Radcliffe Systems, who were subsequently bought out by Robocom Systems.

Kelling has a Master’s degree in Information Systems/Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University. He has numerous certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) ITIL v3 Foundations Certification in IT Service Management, PMP Certification, Salesforce Certified Developer, and others.
